Anatomicals Neroli Body Lotion - Review
Hello there!
I know it's been a long time since my last review.
Life has been busy but still I had the chance to try a few products that I will review (baby allowing) soon.
Today I want to talk to you about body care.
In particular I will share my thoughts and experience about this 'not another rough day please' Neroli Body Lotion - that was kindly sent to me by Anatomicals.
Let's start by talking about the packaging.
The lotion comes in a 250ml bottle in a lovely emerald colour with a yellow dispenser pump, which I loved as it makes body care so less messy.
You just pump the amount of product you want and you can turn the dispenser to lock, so no product can come out by mistake in case, for example, you are travelling and you want to protect your bag, clothes etc.
The lotion has a very light and fresh consistency which I think is perfect for every skin type.
Thanks to this your skin will absorb the lotion quickly and you can dress up straight away without that uncomfortable feeling of wet skin some other lotion might leave.
Something that has me still undecided about this product is the smell.
Neroli's blossom have a green and floral scent, which I'm not too fond of, but I find it quite interesting if I have to use it on my skin on a spring/summer evening.
The smell is quite strong, but it stays on the skin for the right amount of time and with a not excessive strength that would make me regret this product.
Now the question I always ask myself when trying a new body lotion.
Will it leave my skin hydrated?
First you should know that my skin type is normal, so I don't suffer from excessive dryness.
But I do need a good moisturising lotion specially for my legs, as they tend to dry out quickly compared to the rest of my body.
So that's how I can find out if a lotion is doing its job properly.
This Anatomicals Neroli Body Lotion turned out to be very well hydrating!
By using this lotion constantly I experienced my skin was soft and smooth, it left a very comfortable feeling on my skin and my legs didn't experience any dry spot as they often do.
I was happily surprised and I recommend this product if like me you have a normal skin type but you like your skin soft at the touch and you like that feeling of hydration on your skin without a product that will obstruct your pores or make your skin feel slippery.
This is my experience, I can say I'm overall happy about this product.
I hope you enjoyed reading this review and leave a comment below to share your thoughts!
If you decide to try out their products, you can find Anatomicals in Boots, Superdrug and Asos.
