Anatomicals Deep Conditioning Coconut and Honey Hair Mask - Review

Hello there!

I'm back with a new review on haircare!

Today I want to share with you my experience with Anatomicals' Deep Conditioning Coconut and Honey Hair Mask.

Firstly, I want to thank Anatomicals for kindly sending this product to try and review, really appreciate.

Now let's talk about the mask.

Let's start with an introduction about my current hair situation, so you understand better where I'm coming from with my review.

This season my hair have gone through so many things - we attended 3 weddings, the weather is constantly changing, my baby girl keeps pulling my hair in every direction all the time.. so you get an idea of the stress my hair is going through.

To add things up, lately I haven't been really happy with products I used as nothing seems to really keep my hair nice and smooth.

I sadly find hundreds of hair strands in my brush due to infinite knots and I can't find a solution to avoid this situation.

So I was really eager to try this Coconut and Honey mask hoping that it would have a positive effect.

First thing I always do with hair product: I smell them!

And let me tell you how amazing this mask smells!!

As soon as you open it, you will have a lovely coconut scent coming to you, made it sweeter by the honey and I think the combination really made me fall in love with this mask.

So let's find out now if it does what it says.

This hair mask comes in a nice pink coloured sachet of 45ml and has a yellow cap that you can close once you finished to apply the product.

I find this very useful, considered that most hair masks that come in sachets don't have a open/close system, so once you open the product either you use all of it, or you throw away what's left.

So with their system, I managed to use the mask twice!

On the back of this sachet you will find instructions on how to use it for best results.

You are supposed to squeeze a  generous amount of product and apply on wet hair after having used your shampoo.

Then you should massage evenly throughout your hair and leave for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

I noted that their suggestion is to use this mask between shampoo and your usual conditioner (even though this is a conditioning mask), as the hair cuticles are open, allowing the mask to penetrate inside the hair.

The consistency of the product is creamy and rich and is easy to apply and massage into your hair.

I was surprised I didn't have to use all of the content of the sachets for my first application, but I could save a good amount for a second one.

I focused mostly on my ends, as that's were I usually need more help with and these gets super dry.

I then left the mask doing it's wonders for 5 minutes as instructed, and then rinsed off with warm water.

Following Anatomicals' instructions is the best you can do as it really gives a greater result.

As stubborn as I am, I tried it on the first time without applying conditioning afterwards.

I still had a good result, but my second time I could definitely feel a greater difference.

But in any case, even after my first application, my hair resulted very smooth, soft and definitely I had less trouble detangling it, which I was very happy about.

Another positive thing, is that the sweet scent will stay for a while, maybe not as strong as I would have liked, but definitely was there once my hair was dry.

A little suggestion: use masks that will help your hair stay healthy through season changes, that's when I experience best results and when my hair needs most care anyway - so this is the perfect season!

Let's now talk about price.

You can find this Anatomicals Coconut and Honey Hair Mask on Amazon (£10), Asos (£8.50 for a pack of 2 including the Avocado one), Fragrance Direct (£5), Cloud 10 Beauty (£5.20).

results.
