Superdrug Foot Nourishing Sock Pack - Review
Hello lovely people!
Today I want to share with you my experience with this product I bought from Superdrug own brand: the Foot Nourishing Sock Pack with honey and almond.
I have to confess I've never tried any sort of masks or sock packs for my feet before, but I only used lotions.
This time, considering my feet needed some extra pick-me-up I bought this product and now I'll tell you my thoughts on it.
The product comes in a sachet and contains 1 pair of socks. The front has some information like the duration of the application and some key ingredients it contains.
More details about directions, caution advice and a complete list of ingredients are on the back.
I read the directions before opening the product as often I found out that my intuition on how to use a product is not necessarily the best way or sometimes the product is messy and I feel that knowing in advance how to handle it can be a life-saver.
The sweet smell of the honey and almond infused serum comes out straight after opening the sachet and I was happy to see that the pair of socks are attached to each other, so that the serum is not all over the place and doesn't come out.
You are then supposed to use a pair of scissors to cut off the top of the socks, wear them and peel off the adhesive tab to secure it on the sock around your ankle.
All you have to do then is sit back and relax for 15-20 minutes.
The good thing about these socks is that you could walk around, do a few more things around the house if you need to and these would still be on as they are secured with the adhesive.
You would feel a bit funny walking in them though, as the serum makes if feel like walking on a creamy surface (it's a nice feeling to me).
I took the socks off after 20 minutes and I massaged the excess serum for a few more minutes for my skin to absorb - make sure you wash your hands after this step.
This step is not on the sachet's directions but I figured that's what you would usually do).
I have to say I was well pleased with the results and the feeling of this Foot Nourishing Sock Pack.
My skin feels so soft, well hydrated and the little cracked lines I had are gone to the sight.
Also good to know, the following day my skin was still soft, my feet appeared nourished and only a couple of very dry spots I always had issue with were starting to be visible, but not as bad.
The price for this sachet is of £ 1,99 and I think is a really good price considering how well the product works.
I will definitely buy this product again and try their Tea Tree and Peppermint one too.
