Dirty Works - Creamy Cleanser Review

I bumped into this colourful packaged Creamy Cleanser from Dirty Works not too long ago.

I was looking for a specific cleanser, that I thought it existed (but turned out it didn’t) and decided to go for something new.

What caught my attention was definitely this bright pink colour of the package, with kind of a retro design.

I had never tried a creamy cleanser before and I was really curious to see how this would work on my skin and fit into my routine.

This cleanser has a few great natural ingredients that make a difference when it comes to skin care:
  • Cucumber oil - to keep the skin hydrated
  • Spearmint - to give a cooling and refreshing experience to tired and dull skin
  • Green Tea extract - that has anti-oxidant properties
  • Willow Bark Extract - to help unblock pores

A small amount of this cream should be gently massaged over face and neck in circular movements, then rinsed off with warm water.

What I found very pleasing was the scent. 
The spearmint really helps to wake up the skin (and I would add the mind too) and you can also feel a hint of the cucumber oil to sweetens things up.

The delicate cream feels really gentle on the skin, not too heavy or thick, but just right.
The first time I used it, it felt like I was giving myself a spa face massage or treatment, as it felt really comforting and relaxing.

In my morning routine, this cleanser really helps to wake me up and one of the best things I acknowledged is that it doesn’t leave my skin dry at all, but instead it feels moisturised and fresh as well as clean. 

I felt a little different about this cleanser concerning my evening routine.
I was expecting for this cleanser to remove my make up too, even though it doesn’t state this anywhere on the packaging.

This cleanser does remove eye shadows, blush, face powder and lipstick, but my main issue was with mascara … oh, mascara.. are you not already complicated enough?

So I had to stick to my homemade eye make up remover to make sure my mascara went away properly.

So overall, as I wouldn’t call this a defect of the product, I can say I am very satisfied.
Each time I use this cleanser I feel treated and cared for.

This creamy cleanser from Dirty Works can be found at Sainsbury’s, for the price of £ 4.00 (I found it at £ 2.00 on offer) and it’s a 200 ml bottle - not bad at all 👍

H ello there! Now isn't summer the best season? Well, sometimes my hair doesn't agree with me on this and often I feel I don't know what to do to make it look fresh and healthy. So I decided to buy this Phil Smith Coco Licious Coconut dry shampoo and here I want to share with you my thoughts. I found this product in Sainsbury's supermarket for a reasonable price (£ 2,50 for a 150ml bottle) and it's suitable for all hair types. The packaging looks very fresh and appealing, with this white and golden colours and I admit that's one of the reasons I chose this one instead of other brands/products.
